1. Zero Model Training on Client Data
Your enterprise data belongs exclusively to you. Sujantivo does not use client codebases, proprietary datasets, internal documents, or prompt histories to train, fine-tune, or improve any public or shared AI models. All API integrations utilize enterprise zero-retention (ZDR) endpoints.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you directly provide when requesting a project audit or scheduling a technical consultation:
- Contact details (Name, Work Email, Company Name)
- Project scope specifications and estimated budget tier
- Technical requirements and desired architectural timeline
3. Data Security & Encryption
We implement industry-leading technical and organizational security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All web communications utilize TLS 1.3 encryption, and sensitive assets are encrypted at rest using AES-256 GCM.
4. Third-Party Sub-processors
We engage only SOC 2 Type II certified sub-processors for website hosting, analytics, and communications (e.g., Vercel, AWS, PostHog, Resend). We never sell, rent, or monetize client contact information to marketing brokers or advertising networks.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
