Service.

Sujantivo Studio ("Sujantivo", "we", "us", or "our") provides high-end software engineering, artificial intelligence agent development, MLOps cloud infrastructure, and technical consulting services. All projects, deliverables, milestones, and timelines are executed pursuant to a mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW) or master services agreement.

We believe in 100% intellectual property sovereignty for our clients. Upon full settlement of project milestone invoices, all bespoke source code, database architectures, machine learning fine-tuning configurations, and custom documentation developed specifically for the client become the sole and exclusive property of the client.

Pre-existing open-source libraries (e.g., Next.js, PyTorch, LangGraph, vLLM) remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0).

We enforce strict confidentiality on all client data, trade secrets, proprietary workflows, API credentials, and internal schemas. We never share, sell, or disclose proprietary client information to any third party. Zero client data is ever used to train public foundation models without explicit written authorization.

Unless otherwise specified in an active SOW, all production deployments include a complimentary 30-day warranty covering critical bug remediation and stability fixes for delivered milestones. Extended maintenance and 24/7 SRE monitoring retainers are available upon request.

Standard sprint deliverables and retainers are billed according to agreed-upon payment schedules. Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issuance unless customized terms are negotiated in the client SOW.
